Hi, I’m Leanne — a registered Nutrition al Therapist (MSc, BSc, BANT, CNHC) and a busy mum of two.
I know what it’s like to feel dismissed, confused, or stuck with your health. In my 20s, I struggled with hormonal and digestive symptoms: painful periods, acne, bloating, and irregular cycles. I went to the GP and was repeatedly offered the pill to mask my symptoms. Eventually, I came off it, and my periods never returned. I was told it was “probably PCOS,” and even when I finally received a diagnosis, the advice I was given was simply to lose weight — despite being in a healthy range. .
Frustrated and determined to find another way, I discovered nutritional therapy. I learned how to support my body, understand what it truly needs, and take back control of my health. Now, I help women who have been fobbed off, dismissed, or misdiagnosed feel empowered, uncover what’s really happening in their bodies, and rebuild their health through personalised nutrition and functional insights.
