Prior to your first consultation you will be asked to complete an online detailed health questionnaire and food diary. On receipt of these documents I will spend some time conducting a health analysis looking into possible route causes of your symptoms that we can address during our time together. During the initial consultation we will discuss the questionnaire to gain deeper clarity.
After the initial consultation you will receive your personalised digital action plan. We will work together to ensure that the action plan is working towards your health goals as well as being sustainable and enjoyable for you. The plan will maybe tweaked and added to along the 12 week journey together.
Ongoing weekly support ensures you have little risk of steering off course – no matter what life throws at you.
Dependent on healthy goals and your action points, I will provide you with additional digital handouts which will give you further information and insights where needed.
You will also receive a digital meal plan, recipe pack and shopping list. The recipes will be devised with your preferences and capabilities in mind. Again, dependent on individual preferences and circumstances your plan can be added to throughout the programme.
I employ a food first approach but supplements are sometimes needed to bridge gaps in our diet caused by deficiencies and poor bioavailability. I will review your supplement needs as part of your analysis, I will consider interactions with any medication you may be taking.
If you have had any NHS or private blood test in the last 12 months, I will review these as part of the health analysis. If appropriate I may recommend further testing, where possible I will refer to NHS, I may also recommend private functional testing to get a clearer understanding of the route cause. Common tests I use in practice include; a full thyroid panel, comprehensive stool analysis, hormonal testing (DUTCH test). These results will be sent directly to me for analysis before sharing with you at our next appointment.

Making changes isn't easy, that's why I will be there to keep you accountable throughout. We will have bi-weekly check-in calls to answer any questions and be your personal cheer-leader so that you achieve your health goals!
